BİELEFELD, GERMANY
An event was held in the Autonomous AJZ youth centre in Bielefeld as part of the worldwide actions promoted by the #RiseUp4Rojava campaign with the slogan “From Kobanê to the World: Stand Up Against Fascism”.
In the program, which started at 13:00, a photo exhibition about the Kobanê resistance was held, displaying the historic resistance in chronological order. Participants took the opportunity to commemorate some of the martyrs on the memorial wall.
At the same time, a film screening about the Kobanê resistance was held followed by music performances and govend.
The young people ended the celebration by watching a video message sent from Rojava.
