ŞENGAL, SOUTHERN KURDISTAN
The people of Şengal liberated a checkpoint after protesting against the agreement signed between the KDP and the Iraqi government, and the air strikes of the invading Turkish state.
According to the information provided by our voluntary reporters in the region, the people seized control of the checkpoint after Iraqi soldiers attempted to block the protests of the people. These attempts to block the masses from expressing their reactions against an agreement which was mad eon their behalf and without their presence, were reacted to with sticks and stones.
The actions in the region continue.
