PKK Banners hung outside Turkish consulate in Silêmanîyê

Young people in Silêmanîyê held a fireworks display and hung banners in front of the consulate of the occupying Turkish state on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the PKK.

SILÊMANÎYÊ, SOUTHERN KURDISTAN

To celebrate the 43rd anniversary of the establishment of the PKK, the Kurdistan Workers Party, young people in southern Kurdistan, otherwise known as thr Kurdistan Region, hung a banner across Turkey’s consulate in Silêmanîyê.

Young people in Silêmanîyê held a fireworks display and hung banners in front of the consulate of the occupying Turkish state on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the PKK.

The banner, hung outside Turkey’s consulate building, read “Happy 43rd anniversary of the PKK in the spirit of Cenga Heftanin.”

The young people hung banners in many busy parts of the city and shouted slogans in the streets of Silêmanîyê until late hours.
