While the KDP legitimizes the de facto occupation of Southern Kurdistan with the bases it constructs for the occupying Turkish state, it also opens space for undercover Turkish psychological warfare centers disguised as humanitarian aid organizations or cultural relations associations.
One of these organizations, HAKSİAD, manifests itself as the Rights Industrialists and Businessmen Association, but is in reality the economic arm of the Hizbulkontra. This islamist organisation has opened branches in the cities of Hewlêr, Duhok, Kirkuk, Süleymaniye and Halabja, being sponsored by the Turkish intelligence agency, the MIT. The organization deploys and moves Hizbulkontra elements in southern Kurdistan.
Hizbulkontra is one of the oldest jihadist organizations which has personally carried out countless massacres against non-Sunni Kurds in northern Kurdistan. HAKSİAD, the economic arm of Hizbulkontra, was founded by Hüseyin Velioğlu and is now a family-business with most of his relatives a partner.
The Kurdistan Strategic Research Center has revealed that Hizbulkontra elements have been deployed to Southern Kurdistan to liquidate the Kurdish revolutionary movements in Southern Kurdistan with the support of the KDP and were assigned to HAKSİAD under the control of MİT-Parastin.
JIHADIST MOB SUPPORTED BY KDP
While the political genocide continues at full speed in Northern Kurdistan, the MIT is expanding its network of agents who were subcontracted to carry out Turkey’s dirty work in Southern Kurdistan. Tens of these Hizbulkontra members who were wanted for their jihadist crimes are operating under the uniform of the HAKSİAD in Hewlêr and Kirkuk.
Although İhsan Yüce was appointed as the general manager of HAKSİAD, it was stated that the MİT gave Ramazan Özbay the task of establishing an agent network and generating income on behalf of the MİT in Southern Kurdistan. It has been learned that members of the Hizbulkontra, with the support of the KDP, has been threatening business people, activists, journalists, politicians and intellectuals who support the Freedom Movement in Duhok, Zaxo and Hewlêr while carrying out intelligence activities with the support of the KDP.
HISTORY OF DIRTY GAMES
MIT continues its attempts to invade from within by taking the region under complete control with through its intelligence network. As a result of an agreement made between Mesut Barzani and HUDA-PAR president İshak Sağlam on April 1, 2019, the KDP aided the organization in opening its first offices in the Şoreş district of Hewlêr so that HAKSİAD can easily provide income to the MİT treasury.
In addition, HUDA-PAR supports this group (HAKSIAD) through Zekeriya Yapçıoğlu.
Zekeriya Yapçıoğlu, deputy chairman, was present at a meeting in Amed in April 2019 and stated that they will open offices in Sulaimaniyah, Halabja and later in Kerkuk, that they will negotiate with PUK executives, especially with Kosret Rasul, and develop cultural relations. It has been reported that HUDA-PAR did not limit its role in southern Kurdistan to developing cultural relations, but has been developing economic relations too, collecting information on behalf of MİT.
The reason why HUDA-PAR and HAKSİAD opened and contacted branches in Southern Kurdistan is not for commercial agreements and cultural relations, but the main reasons are to create a network of agents for the MIT as in Northern Kurdistan, to strengthen the income received from the public by transferring their wealth to the MIT treasury.
The ultimate aim is to liquidate the Kurdish freedom movement and the Kurdish achievements in the South by providing financial support to the KDP, by exploiting the Kurdish people.
