KASSEL, GERMANY
Actions continue to sweep Germany in protest of the 27-year ban against the PKK. In Kassel, the youth hung banners reading “Remove the PKK Ban, Resistance Cannot Be Criminalized” across 3 highways and the city’s municipality building.
The youth stated that they do not accept the PKK ban which has been criminalizing the Kurdish people’s demand for freedom for 27 years, and that no force can ban the PKK. The youth, who wanted the German state to respect the will of the Kurdish people and to end their political, military and economic support to the Turkish state against the Kurdish genocide, stated that otherwise, they would continue their actions enlarging them.
