ANKARA, TURKEY

A member of the CHP, an opposition party to the Erdogan regime, disclosed information about the cost of Erdogan’s daily commute from the palace to the parliament. The commute to and from these locations, both are in the same city, costs the people 5 Million Turkish Liras per day.

A deputy of the Republican People’s Party (CHP) disclosed information from a 7-month expenditure report of the Presidency Protection Department, stating that the department was paid 161 million TL in only 7 months.

Speaking about the security expenditure of the jihadist dictator, the opposition party deputy said: “The distance between the Palace and the Parliament is 5 kilometers. These are Turkey’s best-protected institutions. The cost of the President’s departure from the Palace and arrival at the Parliament is 5 million TL per day. And it is paid by the people. ”

The deputy continued: “The man lives in a 100 room palace in Marmaris, another palace in Ahlat. Now he says he is going to build another palace in Cyprus. Are you a president or a contractor who builds palaces? You have done enough damage to this country, at least don’t ruin Cyprus. With whose money will you be building a palace in Cyprus? With whose money are you paying the IMF debt of Somalia? ”
