A group of 300 ethnic Kazaks were documented attacking Kurds who live in the Dargeci district of Saratov city in Russia. The armed group attempted to infiltrate the village to force the Kurds out of their homes. Approximately 40 Kurds confronted the attackers who were throwing bricks and stones at the people.
It was reported that two people were wounded in the conflict which was later intervened by Russian police.
One of the villagers, reporting the incident, is heard explaining that the terrorists “had surrounded the village from three sides”. He continued to explain that the Kurds resisted against the attack and tried t tell the attackers that “they cannot protect the state of Russia in this way, instead you are committing a genocide.”
