HPG Press Center shared the information that action was taken against an element named Süleyman Bölünmez. Süleyman was working as a spy for the invading Turkish state in Şirnex on 11 October. The Peoples’ Protection Forces shared the following in relation to the action:
“Our forces carried out an action against Süleyman Bölünmez in the Maden region of Şırnak at 10:00 on October 11. Süleyman Bölünmez is someone who entrusted for the construction of all police stations in the Cudi region and conducts spy activities for the enemy in Şırnak.
He became a party to the genocides being committed by colonialism against the people and geography of Kurdistan. Süleyman Bölünmez was seriously injured for the crimes he has committed.”
The HPG also shared that the invading Turkish army carried out air strikes against Medya Defense Zones. The details of the attacks are as follows:
– “On October 30, between 03:00 – 04:00, Ergenê village in the Meyrokê area of the Garê region was bombed. As a result of the bombing, a fire broke out in the field. This fire still continues. The colonialist Turkish state consciously targeted the vineyards and gardens of the Ergenê village people and burned them by bombardments.
– On October 30, at 17:10, the Kêste area in the Metina region was bombed by warplanes.
– On October 30, at 15:00, the Sida area in the Zap region was bombed with warplanes. On the same day, at 21:00, the Çemço area of the Zap region was bombed with warplanes.
We did not experience any loss in these attacks.”
