Martyr Numan Amed and Martyr Sakine Cansiz revenge units organized actions against the fascist Turkish police in Amed.
In a written statement made by the units, it was stated: “Our resistance Northern Kurdistan and the metropolises of Turkey will be raised to such a level that we fulfil our historical role in society our responsibilities adequately. Our determination will be more results-oriented than ever, our actions and victories will be bigger.
We will not stop till we free Leader Apo and our people -anything less than this is insufficient. Our greatest victory is the freedom of Leader Apo and our people.”
Armed action against fascist Turkish police
The Revenge Units shared that they conducted “three coordinated actions” in Amed, Farqin, on the night of 21 October. The Units continued:
“Narcotics and special operations police who searched the area where the agricultural gardens are located in Farqin Tekel District on 21 October, were attacked with personal weapons and hand-made cluster bombs.
While many police officers were injured as a result of the action, it was seen that many ambulances came to the area.
On October 21, the same night, the armoured vehicle patrolling in the Mescit District was attacked with a hand-made explosive.
On October 21, an action was organized by throwing fragmented handmade bombs against the police stationed in the Farqin Azizoğlu Mansion. The number of dead and wounded as a result of the action, could not be clarified. “
