The armed forces of the PKK, the HPG, released information about Turkish bombardments which were carried out on 6 and 8 October. The forces shared that they had not experienced any losses in these bombardments.
The forces shared that “on October 6, the Bektoria area in the Heftanin region was bombed by fighter jets. On October 7, the invading Turkish army and accompanying contras launched an operation around the village of Rusê in the Bektoria area and set fire to the village and some houses. This operation was withdrawn in the evening.
On October 8, between 10:45 and 11:30, the Martyr Şahin area in the Zap region was bombed by warplanes. We did not experience any loss in this attack. ”
