Young people greet 25th Global Climate Strike by planting trees in Rojava

DERIK, ROJAVA

Actvists responded to the Global Climate Strike call made by Fridays for Future which was also supported by the Make Rojava Green Again campaign. The action was organized by members of  the Young Women’s Union (KJC).

Supporting the call made by Fridays for Future, the Make Rojava Green Again campaign shared the following messages:

“As young ecologists here in Rojava and as part of Make Rojava Green Again we salute and join the call of Friday For Future to participate in the Global Climate Strike of the 25^th of September. Our campaign members, together with different local youth groups, will as well take actions here in Rojava.”
