A trustee who was assigned to the Çaldıran district of Van by the fascist AKP government, removed Kurdish road signs
The AKP-member who was appointed by the fascist Erdogan regime to the position of democratically elected members of the pro-Kurdish HDP, removed all signs with the name and direction signs written in Kurdish.
While these signboards were removed by the Van Metropolitan Municipality trustee, only signs written in Turkish were put up.
In the March 31 local elections, the HDP won 10 municipalities in Wan, including the metropolitan municipality, and AKP trustees have been appointed to all of these municipalities.
