PORTLAND, USA
Last night marked the 100th night of protest in Portland, USA, where demonstrations continue with all their might.
Last nights demonstrations saw the presence of federal agents and intense clashes, and were participated by hundreds of people. The protestors occupied the streets of the city to demand a fair system, abolishment of the police and the resignation of the mayor. Followed by a strong state repression in the last 3 days, the people are fighting back stronger and noticeably better-organised.
Over the past 100 days, several fascists attacks resulted in the death of at least 2 people, while local police also conducted several mass detentions during the protests resulting in the arrests of thousands of people.
