In the statement they shared, the young women’s organization and youth organization stated that they will follow the resistance in the dungeons of Amed which paved the path of victory and that they will carry this struggle to victory. The whole statement is as follows;
“The severe isolation conditions imposed on Leader Apo by the genocidal fascist Turkish state, the international conspirator bloc and the local collaborators has been continuing for 22 years in the Imrali heavy torture system, worsening day by day. The attempt is to put our people and an entire Kurdistan in the Imrali torture centre and to finish carving out the roots of the Kurds by isolating Leader Apo.
During such a period where the spirit of freedom and revolution is performing centre stage on a global platform and the demand for women’s freedom is juddering the world, the wind of change and transformation is gushing very powerfully. Leader APO, the creator of our consciousness of being a nation and a country, is attempting to be completely left out of this process. In this way, our country and our people are wanted to be abandoned and delayed for another dark century.
As a practical consequence of the severe isolation conditions, we are in a process in which the most intense pillage against the nature of Kurdistan is being experienced in addition to the oppression, arrests, rape, rooting, all kinds of fascist attacks and moral degradation, being implemented particularly against women and the youth, but also attacking the whole society.
At the same time, the tendency of freedom of the Middle Eastern peoples is also wanted to be destroyed by lab-based gangs being used to divert energy. On the other hand, the desire of the youth, women and peoples to live free, to get rid of the scourge of imperialism and exploitation is at its peak. The war and the severe isolation waged by the AKP-MHP fascist genocidal war administration against Leader APO in Imrali, in this sense, means the war of the genocidal fascist system is against the demand for freedom. On this basis, Leader Apo’s freedom carries such a historical meaning especially for our country, Kurdistan and the Middle East.
12 September Junta
The inhuman, immoral fascist practices being implemented in the Dungeons of Amed following the September 12 Fascist Junta which was initiated against our Kurdistan Freedom Movement and social values, is being continued unprecedentedly by the AKP-MHP war administration.
The Junta is being practised in various forms of oppression against our people through special warfare, torture, rape, massacres of women, genocide policies, poverty and massacres of nature. Just as the Great Death Fast Resistance of July 14 destroyed the fascism of September 12, the move launched by our Freedom Movement today will liberate Leader Apo and destroy the AKP-MHP war administration and its fascistic attacks.
On this basis, we declare that we, as Komalên Jinên Ciwan and Komalên Ciwan, will participate in the “TIME TO ENSURE FREEDOM” move. We call on the patriotic youth from all of Kurdistan and those abroad to actively participate in this move.
The only perspective for this move could be the character of Comrade Ali ÇİÇEK, the immortal martyr of the Great Death Fast Resistance which was started against the surrender policies imposed on Apoist militants under severe torture in the Amed Prison as part of the fascist coup of September 12.
We state that we, as the youth of Kurdistan, will fulfil our pioneering duty and become indomitable practitioners so that our move can achieve victory in every field. On this basis, we call upon all revolutionary, leftist, socialist and democratic youth, and especially the patriotic youth and young women of Kurdistan, ‘End Isolation, Fascism, and Occupation’ – hold the occupying, fascist AKP-MHP war administration to account.”
