SÊMALKA, ROJAVA
The KDP is building 40 outposts across the Semalka border which lies between Rojava (West) and Bashur (South) Kurdistan. Approximately 12 outposts are being built per every Kilometre, our correspondent in the region shared. Can Alewî emphasized that only five outposts watched over the region previously and were established by the former Saddam regime.
Trenches had previously been built between Rojava and Bashur per the agreements reached between the terrorist Turkish state and its betraying counterpart, the KDP. These trenches are known by the local people as ‘traitor trenches.’
