ÊLIH, NORTHERN KURDISTAN
In the Korke District of Êlih, the invading Turkish police tortured two citizens after taking them hostage in broad daylight, in the courtyard of a mosque.
The occupying police tortured women and children under the name of detaining them and fired dozens of shots into the air using real bullets. The invading police beat and insulted the citizens, causing fear to the citizens in the neighbourhood.
No further information has yet been obtained as to the identities of the tortured people.
