“We encountered obstacles many times during the collection of signatures, especially in Halabja and Dukan towns. We are ending our campaign on this important day, the day of Kurdish rebirth. We will present the collected 50 thousand signatures to the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region, the Iraqi Parliament and the United Nations,” she added.
The statement was concluded with the following words:
“As long as the Turkish occupation exists is in Southern Kurdistan, our work will continue. In addition, we will continue our work all over Southern Kurdistan with the slogan “This is Heftanin”. From our point of view, Silêmaniye, Hewlêr, Ranya, Halabja, Kerkûk and Kelar are also Heftanîn. Every woman and young person from Southern Kurdistan should know that if they remain silent in the face of Turkish occupation, the invaders will come to our door. Everyone should fight against the Turkish occupation. “
