YJA Star Central Headquarters Command, its statement is as follows:
“We congratulate all of our YJA STAR commanders and fighters for their developments in the Botan and Heftanin states which coincide with the new era and greet the August 15th leap. We believe in the continuation of effective and shocking actions by YJA STAR forces in an Apoist spirit.
The sabotage act you developed with tactical creativity based on technique in Pervari in Siirt in Botan was a very accurate and correct action, and it took the revenge of our comrades Martyr Sarya, Beritan, Vejin, Ruhal and Serhıldan, making the enemy pay.
In the PKK, it is a tradition to hold the enemy to account, take revenge for our martyrs and not leave their blood on the ground. The actions developed by our YJA STAR forces in both our fields are the concrete expression of this tradition of revenge.
The actions developed with a special weapon on Martyr Adar Hill and again in Xantur in Heftanin state, taking the revenge of Zelal Sidem and Doğa are a meaningful example of asking to account for the martyrdoms experienced wherever they are.
With the year 2020, the actions of our YJA STAR forces, developed on the basis of the principles of democratic modernity, with rich methods and tactical creativity, strengthened the morale and motivation of all women who struggle against the system.
Victory will belong to the guerilla who resists and fights along the lines of Agit and Zilan. The actions we have developed against the enemy as YJA STAR will continue to spread more effectively and destroy the AKP fascism.
With the belief and enthusiasm of the revolution, as the YJA STAR Central Headquarters Command, we celebrate the August 15 resurrection day of our Leader, our brave people of Kurdistan, the families of our martyrs and all of our guerrilla forces.”
