YPS (Civil Defence Unit) Martyr Seyit Batman Retaliation Teams announced in a written statement that they have carried out actions in many cities within the scope of “revenge against colonialism and agent-collaboration”.
According to the statement, on July 20 at 22:45 at night, a sabotage action was carried out against the occupying Turkish police in the Üçkuyu neighborhood of Amed’s Kayapınar district. The area is a base gendarmerie and special operations police.
In a statement, the YPS shared that a panel van which was being used by the Special Operations Police as a receiver for covert listening devices scattered by the terrorist police. Stating that the panel van which had been put under surveillance for a long time, was completely destroyed as a result of the action, the YPS shared that Unit members carrying out the action safely retreated from the scene.
The statement details the actions in the other three cities:
“On July 30, at 19:00, retaliation team carried out a sabotage action against a waste storage facility in Muradiye Organized Industrial Zone in Manisa. In the action carried out, 2 chemical transport tankers and the chemical substances in it were completely destroyed. The fire could only be extinguished until 11:00 the next day.
On August 1, a car with the license plate 48 AEB 796 was set on fire in Konak Mahallesi, Yatağan district of Muğla. The vehicle belonging to a fascist person named Ö.G has become unusable.
On July 21, at 9:00 am, a farm belonging to fascist E.U was set on fire in Karabayır District in Çameli district of Denizli. The farm was completely destroyed as a result of the fire. ”
The YPS concluded:
“We will make the Turkish fascist regime pay for what they did by walking on the path drawn by our heroic martyrs. We will become the revenge of our people, of Taybet Ana whose corpse was left on the ground for days, for those who were burned in the basements. We will become the revenge of Hacı Lokman Birlik who was dragged behind a scorpion type armored vehicle on the streets of Şırnak.
We will make cities, especially metropolitan cities, a fearful dream for the Turkish state. Whatever belongs to the state and its collaborative team is our target. We will carry the greetings of Xebatkar and Axin with our actions anytime, anywhere.
These actions commemorate the resistance of ‘Cenga Heftanin and all resistance martyrs.”
