BEHDINAN, SOUTHERN KURDISTAN
Gerilla TV shared footage of an action carried out by the Kurdistan freedom guerrillas, the HPG, on 20 July against the colonial Turkish soldiers located on Gire Elîşer Hill in Çelê. The forces had previously stated that 6 terrorist Turkish soldiers were killed and 1 soldier was injured as a result of this action.
The Statement previously published by HPG in relation to the action is as follows:
“Within the scope of Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Movement, our forces carried out actions against the invading Turkish army. In this context;
Within the scope of the move, KBDH troops carried out an action against the occupying Turkish army, located on Şehit Alişer Hill in Çelê (Çukurca) district of Hakkari on 11 July, against the ongoing occupation operation in Heftanin. 6 soldiers were punished and 1 soldier was injured in this action where the enemy unit was hit accurately.”
