A 17 year-old who was raped by invading Expert Sergeant Musa Orhan in a village of Beşiri district of Batman attempted to end her life yesterday with a gun.
Musa Orhan, a lowly Turkish soldier, was detained after the incident and was sent to the Siirt Sentry Magistrate’s Judge with a request of arrest for “qualified sexual abuse.”
The Criminal Court of Peace decided to release him by implementing a ban on overseas travel and judicial control.
A complaint which had previously been filed against the invader expert sergeant Musa Orhan to the gendarmerie and the prosecution was not processed.
