ET, a lieutenant, killed his 4-year-old daughter with a gun at his home in the Aliaga district of Izmir, where he traveled to due to the Eid al-Adha holiday. The murderer committed suicide after killing the little girl.
Residents of the site informed police and medical teams about the gunfire. It was shortly announced that the murderer and little girl had died.
After crime scene investigation, ET and the child’s funeral was taken to the morgue of Aliağa State Hospital for an autopsy.
The reason for the murder is unknown.
