ŞIRNAK, NORTHERN KURDISTAN
YPS-JIN Martyr Rızgar Gever Revenge Unit organized a sabotage action against an armored vehicle belonging to the invading special operations police in Şırnak, within the scope of the “revenge against colonialism and agent-cooperative”. The revenge unit gave the following information in its written statement regarding the action:
“On the 13th of July, at 22.30, our unit members carried out a sabotage action by detonating a mine that was previously laid on the road, during the passage of the armored vehicle belonging to the invading special operations police,” the Unit said.
“9 invading special operations police who were inside the military vehicle were visibly injured. The number of dead could not be clarified. The injured invading Turkish state police were taken to Şırnak State Hospital by ambulances. Our unit members have firmly left the field. ”
The YPS-JIN Martyr Rizgar Gever Revenge Unit said, “This action was organized in memory of comrades Martyr Esmer Şoreş Zerdeşt and Martyr Nucan Şerdoz, who fought until their last bullets in the area of Cenga Haftanin to hit the enemy.
The defenders of Kurdistan are not letting the Turkish government breath in Heftanîn, they are resisting creating shields from their chests to protect their land against occupation. We will also support their actions in Turkey. We will shout the slogan ‘Every where is Heftanin’ on the streets, neighborhoods and squares. ”
