DUISBURG, GERMANY
Kurdish youth and young women in Duisburg, Germany, launched the opening of Martyr Agir Stêrk Commune, emphasising that “Now is the time of revenge and revolution.”
The meeting, where 25 young people came together, started with a moment of silence in memory of the Kurdistan Revolution Martyrs at 19 o’clock. The meeting continued with the Political Process assessment and discussions on the duties and responsibilities of Kurdish youth in Europe. In the Political Process evaluations, it was pointed out that the importance of the Revolutionary People’s War in terms of youth and the Rojava Revolution is an alternative model to all the lies of Capitalist modernity.
Another subject of the debates was that the action line against the isolation imposed on People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan should be strengthened. After evaluating the Political Process, Kurdish youth and young women addressed the organizational situation in Duisburg. In the organizational situation assessment, the responsibility of Kurdish youth, pioneering duty and patriotism were highlighted.
Kurdish youth and young women decided to declare the Martyr Agir Sterk Commune as a result of their discussions. Martyr Agir Stêrk Commune consists of 17 people. The commune consists of Culture, Sports, Press and Organization commissions.
At the meeting, planning was made for the commissions and an action line was determined against the genocide attacks.
The meeting, which was attended by young people from Bashur, Rojava, Bakurê Kurdistan, ended with the slogan ‘Bijî Serok APO’.
