DORTMUND, GERMANY

TCŞ and TEKO-JIN activists celebrated the 8th anniversary of the Rojava revolution with an event in Dortmund, Germany.

The celebration event, attended by about 70 young people, started with a minute’s silence in commemoration of the martyrs of the Kurdistan revolution and the Rojava martyrs.

Following the moment of respect, a cinevision was shown, describing the Rojava revolution and the resistance of the Kurdish youth. After the cinevision screening, a discussion was held on the importance of the revolution and the duties and responsibilities of the youth in the face of the revolution. After the speeches, the event continued with the concert given by Kurdish artist Bengi Agirî.

The event, where the big posters of Arîn Mîrkan and People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan were hung, ended with the traditional dances and slogans.
