The People’s United Revolutionary Movement (HBDH) Ulaş Adalı Revenge Militia claimed armed action against a police car in Istanbul’s Kagithane district.
HBDH, said in their statement, “Our action is a retaliation to police terrorism against the united resistance forces flowing to the streets of Kadıköy on the anniversary of the Suruç massacre,” The statement said.
The full description is as follows:
“On 23.07.2020, an armed action was organized by our HBDH Ulaş Adalı revenge militia against a police car which was on patrol in Istanbul’s Kagithane district at night. In the face of the armed actions of our militia forces, the police quickly fled from the scene.
The herd of rapists and assaulters, drug traffickers, torturers-murderers under the responsibility of Fascist Süleyman Soylu, will be the target of our forces everywhere. Behind every rape and child abuse in the country, there are police crime organizations ranging from sergeants, police, guards, to deputies. Police vehicles serve drug deliveries as this uniformed gang is behind the abuse of workers in Soma and the attacks on youths, women and the Saturday mothers.
The only rationale for the police force is to persecute the people so that the bosses exploit more, women are enslaved more, and the palace gets richer. Hitting this criminal gang means to hit rapists. To hit this criminal gang is to hit the hands raised against the worker, to hit the torturers who drag the women from their hair, to hit the feet that step on the children’s backs on the street. Hitting this criminal gang is to hit the man’s idea of justice which released Sergeant Musa Orhan who raped a woman for twenty days.
Our action is an act of retaliation to police terrorism against the united resistance forces flowing to the streets of Kadıköy on the anniversary of the Suruç massacre. All the attacks, pressures, and collapsing plans of fascism are desperate against our united struggle. The will that breaks the police’s barricades in Kadıköy gets its strength from the united struggle.
It is our promise to Ulaş Adalı (Gökhan Taşyakan), one of the pioneers of our United Revolution, who had set up barricades in the same streets in the past and carried the struggle to the battlefields, who was immortalized in the Suruç massacre.”
