HPG (People’s Protection Forces) Press shared a written statement about guerrilla actions and invasion attacks. The HPG statement is as follows:
“The unit of the enemy, which has been on the move for a while in the Deriyê Qaçê area in the Kato Jirka region of the Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak, was taken under surveillence by our forces.
This enemy unit, which was kept under surveillence for a while, was targeted by our forces with sabotage tactics at 16:30 on July 29, within the scope of Martyr Media Mawa and Rızgar Gever Revenge. 4 soldiers were punished and 1 soldier was injured in this action where the enemy unit was effectively hit.”
OPERATION AND CONFLICT IN GABAR
“On June 13, the invading Turkish army launched an operation in the Çırav area in the Gabar region of Şırnak. The invading Turkish army, which carried out bombardments with warplanes against the area at 15.00 and 21.30, made setdowns to the area with Skorsky helicopters with the support of attack helicopters.
During the operation that continued until the 14th of June, our comrades Delil, Şervan and Ruhan reached martyrdom in the clashes and bombings. The identity information of our martyrs will be shared with the public later.”
AIRSTRIKES
“On the 30th of July, the invading Turkish army carried out bombardments with howitzer and mortar guns against the Tabura Ereba area, which is connected to the Avasin region of the Media Defense Areas. In these bombardments, a fire broke out in the forest area.”
