HANNOVER, GERMANY
In an action held in Hannover on Saturday, Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (Revolutionary Youth Movement) and Jinên Ciwan ên Azad (Young Free Women) activists showed solidarity with worldwide actions against fascism, as well as protesting the captivity of the Peoples’ Leader Abdullah Ocalan.
In their action, the youth drew attention to the absolute isolation being imposed on the People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan and expressed concerns about the health and safety conditions of the Leader.
The fascist German police intervened with the 150 young people who gathered at Steintoplatz, stating that flags and posters of the Peoples’ Leader were banned. The youth carried TCŞ flags and posters of George Floyd and Barış Çakan, and continued to chant “Bijî Serok APO” despite provocation attempts by German police.
