YPS-JIN Martyr Zilan Revenge Unit organized actions in memory of the martyr Zeynep Kınacı.
“Effective actions were taken by our members in Muğla, Istanbul and Denizli within the scope of the ‘revenge against colonialism and agent-collaboration’ movement in the memory of Martyr Zilan,” said the revenge unit in a written statement.
The statement included the following information about the actions:
“On the afternoon of June 22, at 15:00, our unit members carried out sabotage actions against 2 mansions belonging to AKP-MHP fascists in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul. In the action carried out, the 2 villas belonging to the fascist members of the AKP-MHP were largely destroyed.
On the evening of June 25, in the evening, our unit members carried out a sabotage action against a timber factory owned by a fascist person, the AKP’s economic supporter in the Ortaca district of Muğla. As a result of the action, the warehouses of the fascist-owned timber factory were burned and destroyed.
On 21st of June, our units held a sabotage action against a building belonging to an AKP cooperator named Ahmet Kocaman in the Yeni Mahallesi, Denizli, Merkezefendi district. In the sabotage action intervened by 6 fire trucks, the building has become completely unusable. ”
YPS-JIN Martyr Zilan Revenge Unit emphasized that “Resisting Kurdish women are inspiring the world with their struggle against Turkish fascism” and gave the following messages:
“Kurdish women, who are at the forefront of the war of existence, are the most fearful dream of fascism. Therefore, the assaulters carry out dishonourable attacks. 3 revolutionary women were massacred in Kobanê most recently. We will not be silent in any way against these attacks of the Turkish state against the women’s resistance struggle. We will go into self-defense and not give passage to fascism and the male mind. We state as YPS-JIN women’s defense troops that we will make the enemy pay for every attack against women.
