Guerrilla TV released the footage of an action carried out by the Kurdistan freedom guerrilla in Heftanin on 18 May. HPG (Peoples’ Protection Forces) Press Center made the following statement regarding the action:
“Within the scope of the Cenga Heftanin Move, which continues in the Heftanin region, one of the Media Defense Areas, our forces carried out an action against the invading Turkish army, located on the Grand Conference Hill on May 18, at 08:00.
In this action where enemy positions and shelters were effectively hit, 3 soldiers were killed and 2 soldiers were injured. ”
