The Peoples Protection Forces (HPG) shared in a written statement that 27 invading Turkish soldiers and 4 counters were killed. The statement released in relation to the guerrilla actions is as follows:

“On June 23, at 16:00, our forces carried out sabotage against the invading soldiers on Martyr Berivan Hill. 2 soldiers in this enemy unit, which was hit with full force, were punished and 2 soldiers were injured.
On the morning of June 25th (today), our forces carried out an assassination action against soldiers in the area of Tepê Dupişk. In this action, 1 enemy soldier was punished.
Again at 7:00 am, our YJA Star forces took surveillance of the invading soldiers moving from Martyr Berivan Hill towards Martyr Dersim zone and targeted these soldiers from close range. 10 enemy soldiers were punished in this action where enemy troops were effectively hit from 3 arms.
Our forces prevented the enemy from entering the area by supervising the enemy funerals for a while.
In addition, the invading Turkish army has been bombing Geliyê Pisaxa and Şeşdarê areas with howitzer, assault helicopters and warplanes since last night. Today, in the morning hours in the Şeşdarê area, intense clashes started between our forces and the invaders. Information about the conflicts will be shared with the public as they are obtained.
Martyr Bager and Martyr Ronya Revolutionary Move
On June 22, at 12:00, our forces carried out a sabotage action against a vehicle belonging to the occupants on the road between the Xapuşkê and Silort outposts in Hakkari’s Şemzînan (Şemdinli) district. In this action in which the vehicle was completely destroyed, the number of dead and wounded soldiers could not be determined.
On June 23, at 06.00, our YJA Star forces carried out an assassination action against the invaders in the Girê Şikêr area of Şemzînan district. 1 soldier was punished in this action. Following the action, the invading Turkish army bombed the area with howitzers, mortars and tanks.
Martyr Rızgar Gever and Martyr Media Mawa Revenge Move
On June 15, at 21.00, our YJA Star forces carried out an action against the convoy of the armored vehicles of the invaders moving from the Korsê Kiça area in the Cudi Mountain region to Şırnak. In this action where a hedgehog-type vehicle in the convoy was hit by sabotage tactics, the vehicle was completely destroyed, while 13 enemies were also punished. Following the action, the invading forces removed armored vehicles and dead and wounded soldiers from the area.
People who carried out military road works between Sefine and Dergulê areas in the Cudi Mountain region have been warned by our forces not to cooperate with the enemy. Our forces carried out punitive action on June 16 against these contra personalities who did not take into account the warnings. As a result of this action, 4 counters were punished. The invading Turkish state is trying to distort the fact that these individuals cooperate with the enemy against the people, nature and guerrilla of the Kurdistan peoples by reflecting these people as civilians in their own press.
Again on June 16, Navsera Cudi destroyed 4 vehicles, 3 scoops and 1 truck used in military road construction works were set on fire. The people working here were once again warned by our forces.
On the 15th of June in the Tendürek area of the Çaldıran district of Van, clashes took place between our forces and the invading Turkish army. Many enemy soldiers were punished and injured in these conflicts. Three of our friends who fought heroically against the invaders reached martyrdom.

Our comrades Firat, Simko and Şervan participated in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle on different dates in order to protect the values of the Kurdish people against the colonialist – massacre forces. Our heroic comrades, who took their place in the struggle for the same purpose, performed their duties and responsibilities in the best way until they reached martyrdom.
We send our condolences to all our patriotic people, and especially the precious families of our comrades, Firat, Simko and Şervan, who were martyred by striking the enemy with heavy blows, and promise to create the free tomorrow that is the ideal of our martyrs. ”
