Code Name: Renas Argeş Name Surname: Kutbettin Saltan Place of Birth: Amed Mother – Father Name: Türki – Şehmuz Date – Place of Martyrdom: 22 March 2020 / Mardin |
Born in Amed in 1988 as the child of a patriotic family, our comrade Renas met the Freedom Movement at a young age. Realizing that the freedom and all the hopes of the Kurdish people pass through the free mountains, comrade Renas decided that he would walk on this path, and joined the PKK movement in 2011.
Our friend Renas, who was seeking to recreate himself on the basis of his loyalty to Leader Apo and the Kurdish people, always developed himself and became a competent skilled warrior. Comrade Renas, who lived with the vengeance of the massacres and persecutions committed against the Kurdish people, had a profound place in the memories of all comrades, as a militant who devoted his whole self to the freedom of his people.
Comrade Renas, a pioneering and talented commander, came to the fore with his fighting and activist features. He was able to live under the most difficult circumstances and always approached his duties with great determination and seriousness with the high revolutionary consciousness he gained. He successfully fulfilled his duties until the last moment and joined the caravan of the immortal martyrs.
We wish condolences to all of our patriotic people and especially the precious family of comrade Renas and promise that we will carry the flag of freedom that our martyrs gave us to victory. “
