ROJAVA, WESTERN KURDISTAN
The YPG Press Center shared the identities of eight warriors who were immortalised during different moves in 2015 and 2016. The statement is as follows:
“Rojava of Kurdistan and Northern Syria has revealed unique heroism in our people’s relentless struggle for a democratic and free life. The gains created by this glorious history of resistance have brought our people to a unique level among the peoples of the world.
Since the early years of the Rojava revolution, all kinds of attacks have developed against the values created, especially by the occupying Turkish state, and total attacks aimed at occupation, denial and destruction have continued without interruption.
The brave children of our people from all over Kurdistan have taken part in this great resistance against these attacks.
We share the identity information of 8 of our friends who were martyred with the great heroism they demonstrated for the liberation of the city of Hol in the Martyr Commander Faisal Abu Leyla Minbec move in 2015-2016, when our resistance war peaked. The sacrifices of our martyrs have lead to the growth of our revolution.”
YPG Press Centre added, “We respectfully remember all the heroes who were martyred in the Rojava revolution in the person of our 8 comrades who were immortalised, and we wish their families and all our people good health.”
