As a result of the forces affiliated with the Syrian regime targeting the Public Order, 3 vehicles belonging to municipalities and health institutions were targetted in Qamişlo today. Public Order member Ciwan Salih was martyred and a member of the Public Order was injured.
Making a written statement regarding the attack, the North-East Syrian Internal Security Forces Press Center stated that the Syrian regime was responsible for the attack. The written statement of the North-East Syrian Internal Security Forces Press Center is as follows:
“The Syrian regime forces targeted 3 vehicles belonging to our forces, People’s Municipality cleaning workers and healthcare workers in Qamişlo. In the attack, one of our friends, who was in the vehicle that our members were in was martyred and one of our friends was hospitalized as injured.
As the Internal Security Forces, we extend our condolences to our organization, the families of martyrs and all our people. We condemn this cowardly attack by members of the regime.
We emphasize once again that such attacks targeting the security of our people and our region will not succeed and will not break our will. The Syrian regime is responsible for this cowardly crime. ”
