The Libyan National Army announced that it has dropped an aircraft belonging to Turkey in the city of Misrata by means of air defense systems. According to the statement, the plane was on the move to shoot down Libyan National Army troops stationed in the Al-Vaqka region.
According to the news in El Masdar, the air defense systems followed the aircraft from the moment it was lifted from the air base. It stated that the plane that was dropped before reaching the target was likely to be an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV).
