The Press Office of the People’s Defense Forces (HPG) released a statement announcing the details of the latest actions carried out by guerrillas against the Turkish occupation forces in southern Kurdistan.
Accordingly, three occupational soldiers were killed in the Heftanin region of southern Kurdistan and the Mardin region of northern Kurdistan.
The HPG also shared that three guerrilla fighters were martyred in an air raid by the terrorist Turkish army in the Qandil region on Wednesday.

“As part of the Revolutionary Move of Cenga Heftanin, which continues in the Heftanin region, one of the Media Defense Zones, our forces carried out an assassination action against the invading Turkish army located on the Grand Conference Hill on April 12. One enemy soldier was killed in this action.
The invading Turkish army placed surveillance monitors in the Martyr Marwan area of Mardin’s Bagok region as they tried to spy on the area.
Our forces inspected the area where the enemy set up these traps for a long period of time and targeted an enemy unit that entered the field on April 6 with a sabotage tactic within the scope of the Martyr Media Mawa and Martyr Rizgar Gever Revenge move.
As a result of this action, 2 enemy soldiers were killed and 2 soldiers were injured.
Following the action, the invading Turkish army removed the dead and injured soldiers from the area with skorsky helicopters. Our unit organizing the action has reached the base areas firmly.
3. On April 15, between 11.30 and 12.30, the warplanes belonging to the invading Turkish army carried out an air attack on the Zine Wertê area of Karox located in the Qandil region in the Media Defense Zones.
Three of our friends reached martyrdom in these bombardments. The identity information of our friends who reach martyrdom will be shared with the public later.
On the same day at 14:00, the warplanes bombed the Kunishka area of the Zap region. We did not experience any loss in this bombardment. ”
