In a written statement made by Martyr Sakine Cansiz and Martyr Atakan Mahir revenge units today, the following message was shared: “Happy birthday to our Sun, to the will of the oppressed and all people, to Leader Apo. We repeat our promise that either a free life is lived with Leader Apo, or it is not lived at all.”
In the statement, it was emphasized that there is no information about the health conditions of the People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan, and that the Turkish state continues the genocidal attacks in four parts of Kurdistan.
Remarking that Erdogan and his gang are developing the occupation at the border of North and South Kurdistan while the world is fighting against coronavirus, the revenge units stated, “In the dungeons, they are developing their threats by saying ‘I will put the infected patients in with the political prisoners’, releasing the gangs with their new laws and leaving the honourable and political prisoners to wait for death.”
In the statement of the Revenge Units, it was highlighted, “We hold the AKP-MHP fascist regime responsible for everything that takes place and will take place in İmralı with a spirit of resistance everywhere against this immoral private war being carried out as revenge units.
Whoever is in cooperation with the fascist AKP-MHP regime, the payback of any evil will be taken as many times as before. Evil will not be left for anyone to profit.
We will always be on the streets celebrating with the spirit of Newroz on April 4 with the slogan of “a free life is lived with Leader Apo, or it is not lived at all.”
The revenge units also gave the following information about their recent actions:
- March 28: In Van’s Ipekyolu, Xacort, Surmeli channel, the area was closed to traffic by self-defence untis and speeches were made relating the isolation. Enemy counters trying to enter the neighborhood were hit by our self-defense units before they entered the neighborhood with handmade explosives
- March 29: An action was carried out in Edremit, Şabaniye, by throwing a bomb at the house of the AKP gang member guards.
- March 29: An action was taken at İpekyolu Bostaniçi police station with short-barreled weapons. As a result of the action, the dead and injured police could not be clarified.
- March 28: In the district of İpekyolu, Karşıyaka neighborhood, self-defense units blocked roads and made speeches about isolation to the public.
