The bombardments in Zînê Wertê caused a crisis between the PUK and the PDK forces upon the dispatchment of ammunition by the KDP to the attacking Turkish army.
The KCK Foreign Relations Committee also made a statement and warned that a clash between Kurdish forces would only serve the Turkish state, calling for the withdrawal of all forces from the region to end the crisis.
