Collaborative neighbourhood guards, or armed and untrained villagers being referred to as paramilitaries, detained a photographer for attempting to capture images of residents scrambling to purchase food before the weekend lockdown, which was declared two hours prior to commence through social media.
Photographer and photography teacher Fadime Aygün was detained by armed villagers on Friday after attempting to take pictures of the chaos that ensued after the government announced late Friday that a 48-hour lockdown would be in effect over the weekend in 31 provinces.
The Lockdown
The lockdown was imposed haphazardly by the terrorist Turkish state after a tension was visibly reaching its boiling point on behalf of the public over the lack of masks or precautions against the coronavirus outbreak.
Just months ago, Erdogan’s jihadist regime bragged about how great the Turkish economy was and that the International Monetary Fund had asked the fascist Turkish state for debt. Little did Erdogan know that this latest attempt by the jihadist dictatorship to gain the consent, or silent approval, of the public for a new occupational war would backfire and that the government would be cornered to reveal its pockets.
This was confirmed just weeks into the spread of the epidemic in Turkey when Erdogan shared his bank account details with the entire country for money to be ‘donated.’
Still, the fascist Turkish state has announced that it will send a second batch of medical supplies to Britain to help combat the spread of the coronavirus. Masks and overalls prepared by the Turkish Health Ministry were loaded onto a cargo plane at Etimesgut Military Airport and are set to be delivered to Britain today.
The people under the rule of the Turkish state are left wondering how their dictator is able to help every other country and continue every war covertly while begging each person to donate 10 Liras on national television.
