The Press Centre of the People’s Defence Forces (HPG) released the identity information of five guerrilla fighters who were immortalised on 29 May 2019 in an air raid by the terrorist Turkish army in the Xakurke region of Southern Kurdistan.
In a statement on the loss of the fighters, the HPG reiterated the commitment, struggle and sacrifice of the martyrs and vowed to continue their fight until victory. HPG expressed their deepest sympathy to the relatives of the martyrs and the patriotic people of Kurdistan.
