The Children of Fire Initiative announced in a written statement that it had set a parking lot in Istanbul on fire. As a result of the action, at least four vehicles were reported to be unusable. The description shared by the Initiative is as follows:
“We have said that we will appoint trustees to the homes of the supporters of trustee appointment in Kurdistan.
On 04.02.2020 we burned a parking lot in the Saban neighbourhood of Istanbul’s Pendik district. At least four vehicles in the parking lot have been rendered unusable.
In addition, the building where the car park is located was evacuated with great panic and those affected by the fire were taken to the hospital.
If we let you live in peace and comfort we are no different to you. We are in the metropolises, we are going to disturb anyone who stands in front of our freedom. Where are you?”
