CENTRAL NEWS
The Syrian army has surrounded the strategically important town of Seraqîb located at the junction of the M4 and M5 motorways, with air support by Russia.
While violent clashes erupted in the region following the entry of regime forces last night; it has been reported that the Turkish army and the Syrian army are currently bombarding each other’s positions in the town.
The Turkish state has recently built 4 different military checkpoints around the strategic Seraqîb, dispatching soldiers and heavy weapons to the region in order to halt the advance of the Syrian army.
TURKEY ATTACKING ZEHRA AND NUBUL
While the Syrian army and the invading Turkish army are bombing each other’s positions in the region, the Turkish army is carrying out artillery attacks on the towns of Nubul and Zehra under the control of Iranian forces to the North of Aleppo. The Turkish army consequently dispatched military support to the region today.
RUSSIA: MORE THAN 1,000 ATTACKS IN NO CONFLICT ZONE
In a statement made by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was remarked that within the last two weeks of January, Russia has “organized more than 1,000 attacks within the borders of the no-conflict zone.”
The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that “Russian and Turkish military experts have died” in recent attacks, but did not share further information on the subject.
RUSSIAN INTELLIGENCE EXECUTED BY TURKEY PROXIES
At the beginning of February, 4 Russian intelligence members who sought to organize a meeting between the Syrian and Turkish state officials about the military shipment of the Turkish state to Seraqîb died after being wounded by gangs affiliated with the Turkish state.
After this incident, a military convoy of the Turkish state near Seraqîb became the target of Russia and Syria, and according to an official statement released by the Turkish state, 8 Turkish soldiers died.
