Martyr Sorxwin Roboskî and Martyr Soro Amed revenge units shared a balance sheet of actions carried out by the Units reacting to the February 15 International Conspiracy.
“We condemn the February 15th International Conspiracy with violence and anger,” the Units shared in a written statement. In regards to the International Conspiracy, the Unit shared that the purpose was “to bury the freedom and will of the Kurdish people in the person of Leader Apo, aiming to bury them in the darkness of history. The ultimate aim of the conspiratorial forces is to destroy the Kurdish people and their future in the struggle for freedom by capturing the leader of the Kurdish people. The Kurdish people and their struggle for freedom, on the other hand, has been foiling all the conspiracies and dirty games with resistance and uninterrupted struggle since the first day of the conspiracy.
After the February 15, 1999 Conspiracy, the genocidal Turkish state tried to acclimate and distract the bondage between the Kurdish people and their leader with the use of Imrali. But the chain of struggle formed by the resistance rings of our people did not allow the conspiracy to achieve its goal. Today, we, the soldiers of the revenge of the Kurdish people, continue to struggle against the 15 February International Conspiracy and the isolation imposed on our Leadership in the same spirit as the ‘You Cannot Darken Our Sun’ activists. We have not accepted the conspiracy, nor will we. We do not tolerate the captivity of Leader Apo. We will accept every day our Leader spends on the Imrali island as a reason for revenge and we will continue to take our revenge at any time, anywhere.
On the 22nd anniversary of the February 15th International Conspiracy, we invite all Kurdistani youth to take revenge from the invading Turkish state. ”
The statement also shared the following information about the actions carried out:
- “Members of the Martyr Sorxwin Roboskî-Martyr Soro Amed Revenue Units carried out an action against a 4-storey textile factory in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul on January 30. The textile factory on Akşemsettin Neighbourhood, No. 230 was burned and destroyed by our members.
- Also on January 30, in the Siliviri district of Istanbul, the warehouse and vehicle of a factory producing cables and construction materials in the Ortaköy site were burned and destroyed as a result of the action carried out by our members.
- On January 7, in the evening, members of the Revenge Units burned and destroyed a workplace in Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul. The workplace on the roof of a 5-storey building in Küçükçekmece Atatürk Neighbourhood, Aydoğdu Street was set on fire by our Unit members. As a result of the action taken, the workplace was completely burned and destroyed.
- Members of the Unit carried out an action against a two-storey restaurant belonging to a collaborative person, located on the Kalfa Çeşmesi Street in Altunizade Mahallesi of the Üsküdar district of Istanbul on February 9. Our members set the two-floor restaurant on fire. As a result of the action that took place, the restaurant was burned and destroyed, and substantial material damage occurred.
- On February 10, members of our Revenge Units carried out an action against an on-call civilian police vehicle in the Mezra District of the Birecik district of Urfa. Our unit members effectively hit the invading police with Molotovs. While as a result of the action carried out the number of dead or injured police could not be clarified, the police vehicle was completely destroyed.
- Our unit members carried out an action against a factory belonging to the AKP fascists who manufacture construction machinery in Akyurt district of Ankara around 20:30 on February 13. In this action, our members set the entire factory on fire. As a result of the action taken, the factory belonging to the Kurdish-murdering AKP members has been completely destroyed.
- On February 13, our members set fire to 2 minibuses belonging to collaborators located in Nine Hatun Street of Istanbul’s Esenler district. As a result of the action carried out by our unit members, both minibuses have become unusable.
- On February 15, at 12:30, our members carried out an action against the Fatih Site in the Esenyurt district of Istanbul. Our unit members set fire to a 2-storey workshop in the industrial estate. As a result of the action, the 2-storey workshop became unusable. Major damage occurred on the industrial site.
- On the evening of February 16, at 22:00, an action was taken against the guards at the İskender Pasha school used by the invading Turkish police in Sur district of Amed. Our unit members struck effectively with 3 handmade bombs when the guards gathered. The number of injured guards could not be clarified as a result of the action taken. ”
