In documents received by the Kurdish Strategic Research Centre, Lekolin, it has been confirmed that a secret army has been formed by the Turkish Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu, Uighur Turk’s Defense and National security minister Nurullah Çetin, and Rabia Kadir who has been living in the USA since 2015, was a member of the CIA and has close relations with Erdogan.
It was revealed that the army is under the coordination of Sedat Peker, the Great Unity Party (BBP), the Nationalist People’s Party (MHP), and the National Intelligence Service (MIT). The established army functions within the national army and took part in the invasion operations in Cereblus, Bab, Azez, Minbiç, Efrin, and especially Idlib.

In the document which cannot be revealed for evident purposes, it has been disclosed that CIA element Rabia Kader organised the US press conference in 2004 which saw the establishment of the East Turkistan Exile Government.
In a meeting held in Turkey on an undisclosed date, a secret army was formed in the name of the Uighur Exile Government under the presidency of Anwar Yusif Turani, with the aid of BBP, MHP, MIT, TSK-special forces. The army was formed under the management of Turkeys biggest mafia leader, Sedat Peker.
According to the document received, the secret army functions within Turkey’s occupation borders, mainly being affiliated with religionist-reactionary-fascist movements.
Who is Nurullah Çetin?
Anwar Yusuf Turani had appointed Muhammed Nurullah Çetin as the Ministry of Defense and the Chief of General Staff with a memorandum published on 07/02/2019.
After his appointment, it was recorded that Nurullah Çetin formed relations with Süleyman Soylu, AKP Deputy Chairman Numan Kurtümüş, Fatih Erbakan from the Interior Intelligence Department and Uğur and Mehmet Siyavüş from the Azerbaijan army.
The Uighur Turks Ministry of Defense and the Chief of Staff appointee Muhammed Nurullah Çetin, as confirmed in the document, was born in Ankara on 03.08.1973 and is the son of Döndü and Seyit. Muhammed Nurullah Çetin had previously worked in the Chechen Echkaria Republic consulate in Turkey. Çetin had worked in the consulate during the Chechen-Russian war and had frauded many women who lost their spouses in the war with various promises. According to the Schengen visa in Çetin’s passport, he has travelled to and fro Europe frequently.
According to the official documents attached to the received file, Çetin worked in Metropol AŞ, a subsidiary of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, where he dealt with cheques and deeds. His career here ended with fraud and false advertising after it was established several times that he had been in dispute before due to bad checks, fraud and lien debt and that he had been under investigation.
A Wide Relationship Network with All Institutions of the Turkish State
Despite being a swindler who was investigated numerous times for fraudulent cheques and deeds, Çetin had relations to Suleyman Soylu – Turkish Interior Minister, Numan Kurtulmuş, Nebi – general of the ‘Peace Spring’ genocide campaign, interior minister, intelligence chief, MIT manager, Reis – who manages all of Turkey’s activities in Syria, the chief of the Prime Ministry, Fatih Erbakan – Welfare party leader, Gültekin Uysal – Democrat party leader, AKP and MHP deputies, mayors and managers, BBP managers, Mansur Yavas and various others.
He has relations with high-ranked army commanders, MIT regional heads, Turkish Armed Forces Special Force Managers and Security Intelligence Managers.
From Fraud and Mafia Leadership to Parallel Army Management
Also in the document, it is revealed that Nurullah Çetin has a relationship with all regional mafias formed by Chechens and Sedat Peker’s very own mafia while being close to the jihadist gangs in Cereblus, Bab, Azez, Minbiç and Afrin.
Among the groups with whom he had a relationship with in Syria, many groups have parted from their initial gangs to join the military forces of MN Çetin. Among these are the groups from the East Turkestan National Liberation Army under the leadership of Abu Hurayra.
Nurullah Çetin who initially appears to be a simple fraudster and mafia to many is evidently different when his relationship network, attitude in his relations with high-profile state men is analysed. While anyone waning to meet Süleyman Soylu is passed through tens of security checks and must submit photocopies of their identities until their request is approved, Çetin is free to meet Soylu at any given moment without passing through security. Çetin was recorded previously telling Erdogan, “we expect action not words,” confirming his rank in the Turkish state. The documents reveal that Çetin is athourised to speak to any minister, deputy, mayor, army commander and intelligence officer, whenever he wated.
