Peoples’ Protection Forces share identities of three YJA-Star guerrillas who were martyred on Xakurke front

BEHDİNAN, SOUTHERN KURDISTAN

HPG (Peoples’ Protection Forces) Press Contact Center shared the identities of 3 YJA Star guerrillas who were martyred in the air attacks initiated by the jihadist Turkish state. The description of HPG is as follows:

“On June 6, 2019, in the Xakurkê region of the Media Defense Areas, our friends Axin (Dilek Tektaş), Ekin (Yoncagül Ağaç) and Helin (Leyla Çelik) reached martyrdom as a result of an airstrike carried out by the occupying Turkish army during an occupation operation. The identity information of our friends who reached martyrdom is as follows:

“Our comrades Axin, Ekin and Helin were born in different cities of Kurdistan and grew up with the patriotic identities of society.

With the reality that the Kurdish people are ignored, face massacres at any time, all 3 of our female comrades joined the Freedom Struggle on different dates against the enemy’s invasion tendencies over Kurdistan.

Our women comrades who have devoted themselves to the freedom of their people since the day they came to the ranks have trained and developed themselves on the basis of the leadership’s ‘free women’ philosophy.

Our warriors who lead their comrades in the fields in which they carried out their duties have successfully fulfilled all their duties and responsibilities. Our comrades, who are loved and respected in the circle of friends, are examples to us with their resistance during the occupation operation.

We wish our condolences to all the patriotic Kurdistan people, especially the precious families of our comrades Axin, Ekin and Helin, who have been involved in a historical resistance at a time when fascist attacks have reached the highest level, and promise to carry out our struggle mercilessly until we realize the ideals of free life of our martyrs.”
