According to classified sources, the invading Turkish state is moving chemical substances through Turkey and Northern Kurdistan to the cities of Serakib-Muarratunnuman in southern Idlib.
The transportations, being made under supervision of experts, are made in coordination with al-Nusra (Fatah al-Sham) and Ahrar-u Damascus. The checmical substance cylinders reportedly contain toxic levels of chlorine gas.
The chemical, White Phosphorous, had been used in Rojava on October 17 in a Turkish-state attack targetting children. The same chemical substance had been used by the Assad regime in Syria in early January. It had later been exposed that the regime had also used Chlorine as a weapon on May 19.
The transportations in question have been disguised at ports as equipment, food, infrastructure and housing materials as part of a comprehensive operation being dispatched to Al Nusra (Fatah al-Sham) and Ahrar-u-Sham. The cylinders of toxic gas, arriving in Serakib-Muarratunnuman on early Wednesday, were received and relocated by a senior gang leader from the Nusra Front.
A large part of the city of Idlib is under the control of Tahrir al-Sham (former name al-Nusra), a delegation of al-Qaeda supported directly by the Turkish state.
Other areas in Idlib are in control of the gangs Ahrar al-Sham, Hurras al-Din, and the East Turkistan Islamic Party, who are of al-Qaeda origin.
Nest of terror
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who has accelerated the bombings against Idlib of Syria in recent weeks, has declared the region and its environs a “nest of terror.”
“Idlib has become a nest of terror,“ Lavrov told reporters after a visit to Washington. “Unfortunately, our Turkish colleagues in the region have not fulfilled their responsibilities to distinguish the armed opponents who are not yet involved in terrorist activities from the terrorists of al-Nusra.”
Lavrov said the gangs took control of the tension-reducing zone in Idlib and said: “Not only were they under control, they attacked Syrian army positions, civilian infrastructures and Russia’s Hmeymim Airbase. We respond to each of these attacks. But of course this cannot remain the case forever, and ultimately the region must be completely freed from terrorists and legitimate government control over the entire region must be restored.”
