HPG Press Center has shared the identity of the two guerrillas who were martyred in Heftanin air strikes. The description of HPG is as follows:
“In our statement dated November 17, we shared with the public the information that two of our friends reached martyrdom as a result of air raids on the Heftanin area from the Media Defense Areas by occupying Turkish warplanes on 15 November. The identity of our friends who reached martyrdom are as follows:

Our comrades Alişer and Sidar participated in the Struggle for Freedom on different dates for the freedom of the Kurdish people and the peoples of the region. Our comrades who actively participated in the struggle to stop the invasion of the colonial enemy in Kurdistan, have developed themselves from the first day they have become competent guerrillas.
Our comrades, who were struggling like guardians until their last moments, were the owners of great effort and labour. We would like to express our condolences to the patriotic Kurdistan people, especially our precious martyr families, and we promise to carry the struggle of the people of Kurdistan and Leader Apo to victory, and to keep the memories of our martyrs alive.
AIR ATTACKS
Warplanes belonging to the invading Turkish army carried out air strikes against the Media Defense Areas. In this context;
- On December 3, at 10.45 am, fighter planes bombed Şikefta Birîndara and Çemço area of the Zap region.
- On the same day, between 11.30 and 12.00, the war planes bombed the Tepê Sor area of the Avaşin area.
- At 4 am (today) on 4 December, the fighter planes bombed the area around Çemankê in the Gare district.
We did not suffer any loss in these bombings. ”
