AMED, NORTHERN KURDISTAN

In Amed’s central Rezan district an armoured  Turkish riot police bus crashed and killed Civil Engineer, Cihan Can (33) a preliminary autopsy report disclosed.

In the preliminary autopsy report, ecchymoses and lacerations were found in many parts of the car wheels caused by driving over the body of Cihan, numerous times.

According to the vehicle traffic accident report, “2 drops of blood and 1 tube intraocular fluid samples were taken from the body for systematic toxicological analysis. The autopsy was handed over to the aides. Bloodstain samples were taken on 2 FTA cards for DNA examination for use when necessary and were delivered to autopsy assistants. I am convinced that the death of the person was the result of a mutilation pneumothorax hemothorax with multiple code fractors and pelchic fracture, which were caused by a general body trauma that was possible with a traffic accident.”

The preliminary autopsy report was then sent to Amed Forensic Medicine Institute.
