BERN, SWITZERLAND
The resistance of Rojava was greeted with a march on 23 November with the participation of anti-fascist groups and Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (Revolutionairy Youth Movement) Bern activists.
The groups gathered in the city center of Bern to “unite the revolutionary struggles in Rojava, Chile, Bolivia, Hongkong, Yellow Vests and those who resist against fascism.”
Approximately 500 young people joined the march, which started at the Bern central train station. German, Kurdish, and Spanish slogans were chanted on the main streets in the city while young people distributed informative leaflets.
Coming before the Swiss Federal Parliament, the activists exposed the policies of the Swiss government which arms and provides economic support to fascist administrations.
