QAMİŞLO, ROJAVA
SDF fighter, Mihemed El Tirkî (Lewend Qamişlo), who was martyred in Serêkaniyê on 9 November, and Mûeyd El Ezîz (Dilgeş Qamişlo) who was martyred in Til Temir on 11 November was given to Earth in the Martyr Delil Saruxan burrial ground for martyrs.
The two Western Municipality Press workers who were martyred in the Qamishlo bombings, Zozan Şêxo and Medîna El-Hisên, were also given to earth in the same ceremony.
At the ceremony, the identity of the QSD fighter Şalan Şalan (Ali Qamişlo), who was killed in Zirgan district of Serêkaniyê on October 28, was announced.
Speaking on behalf of the families of martyrs in the ceremony, Ebîd Etê said, “The whole world should know well that we will never submit.”
In his speech at the ceremony, PYD General Assembly Member Abdulkerîm Saruxan said that the basis of the Rojava Revolution was the 40-year freedom struggle and said, “We will continue our struggle. We will continue to struggle until we win our freedom and build an honourable life.”
